I enter this competition at my own risk. As a participant of this competition I will do nothing that could cause harm to myself or to other competitors. I have read the HSWA 2015 Act and understand my Health and Safety obligations.

Neither the organisers, the sponsors nor other parties associated with the event shall have any responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any risk incident that might arise, whether or not by negligence, from any direct or indirect loss, injury or death that might be sustained by me or any other party directly or indirectly associated with me, from my intended or actual participation in the competitions or its related activities.

Golden Pliers by WIREMARK ® Singles Championship – Conditions of entry
As winner of the Golden Pliers by WIREMARK ® singles fencing championship competition I give authorisation for my Name, Voice, Image and Information to be used by Pacific Steel (NZ) LTD (WIREMARK®) in future marketing/advertising campaigns and collateral – foreseeable as a 1 or 2 day photo/video shoot which will take place during the “title” 12 month period. Pacific Steel (NZ) LTD will be the exclusive owner of all Images (including photographs and video images), including the copyright therein, and I acknowledge that I may not be entitled to payment or any other compensation for the use of such material.

I consent to receiving medical treatment which may be advisable in the competition of illness or injuries suffered during the event.

I have made my Doubles Partner aware of these conditions and have authority to agree on their behalf.
